The Process

(1) Choose a design

If you find a design that interests you, please reach out to us via our 'Contact' page or email us at hello@heistudios.com with your inquiry.

(2) You and Yours

A digital form will be sent to you. This help us gather the information needed to personalize the design specifically for you

(3) Lockdown a design

After reviewing the forms, we will ask for your confirmation to go ahead with the design process. For the design process to start, we require a 25% deposit.

(4) Digital Proofs

In about 2-3 weeks, we will present you with a digital proof for your review. You'll have the opportunity to request any changes during two rounds of review to ensure the design meets your expectations. Should you require additional rounds of review, a fee of $100 will apply for each extra round.

(5) Production

Once you approve the digital proofs, we will need a written agreement along with a 50% deposit to initiate the production process. Any further changes after this will not be possible. If you need to add more, it is possible to do so in sets of 25 but reducing the agreed upon quantity will not be possible after the written agreement is signed.

(6) Inspection

Once production is completed, our team will conduct a thorough inspection of each and every piece to ensure it meets our quality standards.

(7) To You

Once the pieces have been inspected, they will be carefully packaged to make its way to you. The last 25% of the payment will be required prior to shipping.
